I’ve spent my career optimising hiring processes—helping companies attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Since 2005 (yes, I still look youthful), I’ve worked across agency, in-house, and leadership roles, learning what actually works in hiring. In 2019, I joined Currencycloud, leading tech hiring before taking over the entire Talent function. One of my biggest wins? Cutting Time to Hire below 30 days in a tough market.
After Visa acquired Currencycloud, I spent two years scaling hiring processes while improving efficiency and candidate experience.
